Defusekids attending Gamegune as RedCode

The last days before ESWC 2007 the Spanish team x6tence wasin negotiations with the Spanish team RedCode about their player sioK. Thosenegotiations were not working out and at the end sioK did attend ESWC withx6tence without the permission of RedCode. Yesterday team x6tence announcedthat they have signed sioK and n1ce, two former RedCode players.

This leaves the RedCode team with only three players:mAllsMo, GuMmY and Famsek. The future of these three remaining players is stillunknown, for now it looks like all three players will keep on playing CounterStrike and they will be on the lookout for new projects.

With these changes just a few weeks before the event Gamegune,RedCode has found another team that wants to attend Gamegune under the name ofRedCode. The Number one team of Belgian, defusekids, will play for RedCode onGamegune. The team did not get through the first groupstage on this years ESWC. However the team does have potentials, they did beat wNv.cn on ESWC and they have achieved more good international results before.
